Every Future Leader

God never intends for our life journey to be just great, but a miracle one! Someone once said “Every great journey begins with the first step!” But I would like to say that every MIRACLE journey begins and ends with FAITH! Dare to dream and follow the voice of God in our lives. I will be sharing on our life journey that is meant to be a miracle journey of faith with God tonight ONLY @ Ablaze Service.

Churches that bombard people with too many “little ideas” can miss the Big Idea. Community Christian Church embraced the Big Idea and everything changed. They decided to avoid the common mistake of bombarding people with so many “little ideas” that they suffered overload. They also recognized that leaders often don’t insist that the truth be lived out to accomplish Jesus’ mission. Why? Because people’s heads are swimming with too many little ideas, far more than they can ever apply.

Big hello from Orlando, Florida! We are about to go to bed after a full day of being refreshed, encouraged, challenged and changed by God! We are so ready for the last day of the conference tomorrow. This trip has been so great for all of us. God has been doing such a great transforming work in our lives. We are full of Jesus and fuelled by His power to further His purpose in and through our lives!

Every main session and workshop we’ve been through gave us such new and refreshing perspective on our personal lives and ministry. One thing God hits home in my heart is that I must love God first and foremost (before others, my ministry and even myself). It’s a privilege to be able to serve God. However, our service should be a byproduct of our love for Him. We shouldn’t be motivated to serve because I ‘love’ our ministry. Our surrendered life in obedience to God is what God wants from us more than our successful ministry or great acts of service.

“Surrender before Significance”

That has truly changed my perspective towards what I’m doing and what I will be doing in ministry.

There is so much more that we have learned so far from the conference. We spend some time everyday after the conference to share and discuss over what we have learned. We will surely share more when we return.

God moved powerfully throughout the OC. I hope that everyone was touched by His presence and being changed & challenged to go further for His cause. It would be really great if we can take some time this week to set aside to digest over the things the Holy Spirit had spoken to you through worship, teaching and everything else in the OC.

I’m sure that God has more in store for us as we continue to seep Him.

I will be leaving for the US this week and will be seeing you again in the next few weeks. I will put update on my blog as much as the opportunity permits. See you there.
