Can I thank you for your support and prayer for my family during this tough season. It’s been so challenging coming to terms with what has happen over the last 2 weeks.

Unfortunately early last week, we had to say goodbye to my Aunty who has gone to be with the Lord. Her injuries were too much for her body to handle and became critical in the early hours of the morning days after the accident. Been a sad few days for our family as she was very close to us all.

But we know God’s hand has been all over her life and this situation guiding us into His path. He knows all things and we can trust Him in all circumstances. Honestly, It’s real difficult to say that cause it feels like the bottom has fallen out from underneath. But that’s exactly it, He is the one that holds it all together and if we just trust Him, we shall be strengthened regardless of what life my throw at us.

When I get a chance I’d love to share more. But I just thought to keep you all updated with how things are. Any of your prayers for us would be much appreciated.

God is great!

He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless. Even youths will become weak and tired, and young men will fall in exhaustion. But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:29-31

On Monday morning, my aunty met with an unfortuate accident, when she was hit by a car during her morning walk. It was a shock to our whole family, as it was only just the night before that we celebrated mother’s day together.

I visited her yesterday, and managed to speak with my uncle who is coping well and hanging onto God during this time. She suffers head injuries and is in a post traumatic stress at the moment. Praise God because she had been transferred out of a critical ward, but still monitored closely.   

Can I ask for pray during this time for my family? Please pray for her recovery especially to all head injuries, that she would regain all memory and be coherent in speech and be back to normal mobility.
